Alameda County Democratic Central Committee

September 15, 2018

View footage from Saturday's Alameda County Democratic Party Central Committee meeting, featuring District 4 candidates eligible to seek endorsement from the Democratic Party. It is my hope that this interview will help in your decision for who represents our district. The most important endorsement in this race is your vote.

The Democratic Party Endorsement is a political process. No candidate was able to reach the 60% required for endorsement by the voting Central Committee members, although we got very close! If you have any questions, want to follow up on what you heard, or want to come out and walk with us, please Contact Us or Join Team Debbie.

Engage Fremont

September 10, 2018

I am thrilled to have the endorsement of Engage Fremont! Engage Fremont is building a sustainable progressive organization that champions diversity, equity, respect and justice within our community.

Their choice to publish candidate questionnaire responses was inclusive of the wider Fremont community. This process effectively allows residents to see candidates' positions on issues and to hold us accountable after we are elected. I am a strong supporter of transparency in the political process.
